We Require a $200 deposit to hold a pet kitten. We are currently not providing breeding rights or show rights. This deposit will be put towards the purchase price of the kitten and is non-refundable & non-transferable. Only if said kitten becomes unfit for sale will the deposit then be put towards another litter/kitten.

Our kitten adoption fee is $2,000. 

Ridgeland Bengals reserves the right to refuse to sell any cat or kitten at anytime. Ridgeland Bengals cats and kittens are the sole property of Ridgeland Bengals and should be regarded as such until the cat or kitten is in the possession of the buyer and ownership contract has been signed by both parties.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges except what is outlines by the terms of this agreement.

This cat/kitten will never be sold, transferred, leased, or given away, no to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
