Bengal Kitten Guarantee

To hold a Bengal kitten, we require a $500 deposit. Currently, we are not offering breeding rights or show rights. This deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the kitten and is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the selected kitten becomes unfit for sale, the deposit may then be used toward another litter or kitten. 

Our Bengal kitten adoption fee is $2,300. Prices for Scottish Folds range from $2,300 to $3,000, depending on whether they have straight or folded ears, as well as overall structure and type. Color does not typically influence the price. 

Ridgeland Cattery reserves the right to refuse the sale of any cat or kitten at any time. Until the kitten is in the possession of the buyer and an Ownership Contract has been signed by both parties, all Ridgeland Cattery cats and kittens remain the property of Ridgeland Cattery. We highly recommend reading our kitten sales contract, as it outlines important terms and pet care tips that you should be aware of before placing your deposit. Contracts will be finalized at the time of kitten pick-up.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed except as outlined by the terms of this agreement. 

This cat/kitten will never be sold, transferred, leased, or given away, particularly not to any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility. 

This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and will not be permitted to roam freely outside.
